Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your booking or request a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

 

Cancellation Policy

1.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email or through our website. The cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your notification.

1.2 If you cancel your booking:

(a) more than 7 days before the scheduled date of the service, we will refund 100% of the fees paid;

(b) between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled date of the service, we will refund 50% of the fees paid;

(c) less than 48 hours before the scheduled date of the service, we will not refund any fees paid.

1.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date for the service or a full refund of the fees paid.

 

Refund Policy

2.1 If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us in writing by email or through our website within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will investigate the matter and, if we determine that a refund is warranted, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

2.2 We will not refund any fees paid if:

(a) you have not notified us of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of the completion of the service;

(b) the dissatisfaction is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control;

(c) the dissatisfaction is due to your own actions or omissions, including but not limited to, failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that a refund would be fraudulent or illegal.

2.4 If a refund is processed, it will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the service.

Changes to the Policy

3.1 We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
